• Your email address, only if you choose to subscribe to IPO filing alerts.
• Investment-inquiry details, if you express interest in investing, the contact details and information you submit (name, email, phone, indicative amount and any message) so our team can respond.
• Functional storage in your browser, your watchlist is saved locally on your device (in your browser's local storage). It is not transmitted to or stored by us.
• Standard technical logs, like most websites, our servers may record limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliable operation.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use your email solely to send the IPO filing alerts you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give through a confirmed (double opt-in) subscription and can withdraw at any time. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and available.

Subscriptions use double opt-in: after you sign up we email you a confirmation link, and we only send alerts once you confirm. Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your email address.

We use a third-party email delivery provider to send confirmation and alert emails; it processes your email address on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Company and market data shown on the platform comes from public sources (such as the U.S. SEC's EDGAR system) and does not involve sharing your personal data.

We keep your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your subscription record is deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
